Appraisal fees are collected in advance or at the time of inspection. For 24 hour turn around time, payments must be in money order, cash or certified checks. Personal checks from local bank institutions are accepted for 3 business days turn around time.

Credit card payments, credit union checks and out of state checks will not be accepted.

Please make sure that funds to cover your payment are available on the date of your check as funds will be checked. Post dated checks will not be accepted. If funds are not available on the date of your check, your appraisal will be released 7 business days after the inspection date, and only if your check has cleared.

Established clients will continue with their prior arrangements.
